Casey was great in educating me during the buying process. After looking at multiple houses and putting in multiple offers we finally decided to go the new build route. Casey reviewed everything the community had to offer and made sure we went through everything new homes usually require in terms of maintenance/process. Casey attended every meeting with the builder and explained anything that was unclear. Casey also helped with bluetape items and was pickier than even I would be about paint/other items. Casey truly has your best interests in mind when looking for a home and will put in 120% effort.

I was nervous going into buying a house, as it was new territory for me, but Casey made the whole process so streamlined and simple, I was a homeowner before I knew it! He was always on top of every step and worked with our schedule very well. Communication was top notch, we never had to wait long for a response, even if we messaged him late at night. He was quick to set up viewings based on our criteria and was always on time whenever we were meeting up. He also has roofing and contracting in his background, so as soon as we got to a house, he started analyzing it and pointing out everything that could be an issue for a home buyer. He negotiated our offer perfectly and we got the first house we bid on. Once the offer had been received, he set up all the inspections, talked to the title company, let us know exactly what to do next, etc. We basically just sat back and went along for the ride. I didn't have any realtor experience to compare him to, but recently 2 of my friends started going through the process of getting a house and I couldn't help but compare them to Casey. One of the realtors was always late; only set up 3 viewings, spaced hours apart, for what was supposed to be an all day affair; didn't know to check for foundation issues, water damage, roof condition, or anything else, etc. Her reasoning was that the inspection will catch all that, but who wants to waste time and lock down thousands bidding on a crappy house when an experienced realtor would have weeded that house out? The other realtor was better, but my friend still had to set up the inspections on her own and was freaking out when they weren't getting back to her with the results; her realtor had her call to find out why because he needed the report and the time limit was almost past. All I could think was that Casey would have already called them for her before she had a chance to stress out. I lost track of how many times he reached out to the title, inspection, or money lending people on our behalf. He's seriously the best advocate ever! I cannot recommend him enough. If you're in the DFW area, don't waste your time with anyone else, just go for Casey. Realtors are like Pokemon with different evolutions. My first friend's realtor was Piplup, my next friend fared a little better with a Prinplup, and we got the highest level realtor, Casey the Empoleon! Yeah, Piplups are cute, but if you're fighting high level enemies (or spending hundreds of thousands on a house), you're going to send in your Empoleon.

Casey is the best. Experienced and skilled. Honest with everything. Knows his way around DFW and best locations. He made it his goal to achieve my goal and that really mattered to me. Highly recommend!!!
